Job Objectives:
To support the CX Manager in delivering digital touchpoint experiences that our customers engage with
To support the CX manager in developing customer journey strategies that consistently improve the customer experience for Clicks and drive a customer centric culture throughout the business
To research UX best practices across both competitors and user needs requirements
To conduct all user testing across all UX business projects across the Clicks brand
To analyse CX and UX data to inform our UX design process
To manage content across all CX project work
To collaborate with key marketing stakeholders and design team members
Experience:
Essential:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in market research (desirable in UX retail/FMCG marketing)
Desirable:
3 years’ experience in market research (desirable in UX retail/FMCG marketing)
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in media, marketing, research, digital marketing (or relevant discipline
