- As a Senior Technologist or Scientist in Cytogenetics at Ampath, you ensure the delivery of high-quality diagnostic services through the analysis, verification, and sign-out of complex results for haematological malignancies and congenital abnormalities.
- You work across all laboratory benches, uphold quality standards, and provide expert training in chromosome analysis and staff competency. This role suits individuals who value precision, thrive in high-performance settings, and are committed to impactful healthcare.
Role Requirements
To be considered for a senior role in Cytogenetics at Ampath, you must hold either:
- a National Diploma in Medical Technology with HPCSA registration as a Medical Technologist, or a BSc Honours degree with HPCSA registration as a Medical Scientist.
