MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
- To provide secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Perform general office administration
- Coordinate and administer documentation and correspondence
- Provide professional reception service
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
- Grade 12 or Equivalent Qualification
DESIRED EDUCATION
- Secretarial or Office Administration Qualification
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- 3 Years experience in an administrative or secretarial role
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry

- Event planning and coordination
