Minimum Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in luxury or premium brands
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English
- Tech-savvy and familiar with point-of-sale systems
- Able to lift items to 15kg and stand for extended periods
- Target-driven with a flexible, team-oriented mindset
- Impeccable grooming and adherence to luxury retail etiquette
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with confidence, professionalism, and warmth.
- Drive sales through in-depth product knowledge and upselling
- Demonstrate strong brand awareness and sensibility in every customer interaction
- Support store operations including stock management, merchandising, and visual standards
- Maintain high housekeeping and personal presentation standards
- Handle transactions, enquiries, and complaints in line with company procedures
