Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure the highest standards of service excellence and quality in the food and beverage department
- Supervise and direct the actions of F&B staff during your shift, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members based on their skills and the needs of the outlet.
- Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Responsible for overseeing food preparations and the timely delivery of food and drink orders.
- Oversee all front and back of the house outlet operations and act as the contact point between front of the house and back of the house staff.
- Supervise the F&B staff by ensuring the smooth running of the floor and that duties are carried out in a professional and timeous manner.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve high standards of service and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all guests receive prompt and accurate service, creating a positive dining experience.
- Supervise efficient upkeep of cleanliness of operating equipment.
- Open and/or close the restaurant according to established procedures, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Experience providing exceptional guest service and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and attentive demeanour; ability to answer questions.
- Strong communications skills to interact with guests and fellow colleagues.
- Previous experience in a similar role with good knowledge of supervisory skills.
- Ability to be able to run a shift on your own.
