The mission of the Mpumalanga Department of Community Safety, Security and Liaison is to improve community and road traffic safety through mass mobilisation, oversee the performance of the police, and provide security services.
Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills and must be multi-lingual. Computer literacy will be an added advantage.
Key Performance Areas:
- Handle and manage incoming calls and direct them accordingly. Manage the reception area.
- Professionally respond to queries pertaining to the Department and its functions. Receive and guide them properly.
