  • Proven experience in automotive sales management, ideally in luxury/premium segments
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed new vehicle targets
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing luxury sales team
  • Analyse sales trends and drive continuous performance improvement
  • Uphold brand values through an impeccable customer journey
  • Handle high-value transactions and manage VIP client relations
  • Maintain showroom presentation and vehicle display standards
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and manufacturer standards
