- Analyse sales trends and drive continuous performance improvement
- Uphold brand values through an impeccable customer journey
- Handle high-value transactions and manage VIP client relations
- Maintain showroom presentation and vehicle display standards
- Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless client experience
- Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and manufacturer standards
