Objectives of Role
Systems Analysis
- Drive and support the identification, analysis, and documentation of system and business requirements.
- Develop and refine system strategies to enhance process automation and digital transformation.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize technology solutions.
- Ensure quality assurance and testing of systems before deployment.
- Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot post-deployment issues.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users to align solutions with business needs.
Data Analysis & Management
- Collect, analyse, and interpret business and operational data to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain data models and reporting tools to provide insights and trends.
- Work with stakeholders to improve data integrity, governance, and reporting accuracy.
- Leverage Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data visualization and analysis.
Change Management & Training
- Drive and support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Support teams in adapting to new technologies, processes and workflows.
Experience and Qualifications
Education
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
- Certification: Sage or Oracle ERP (Preferable), Data or Cloud (Preferable)
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in an IT Analyst, IT Consultant role, Data Analyst, Functional Business Analyst or IT Engineering role.
