I&T Service Desk Support Technician

We’re looking for a First Line I&T Service Desk Support Technician who’s not only tech-smart but also people-smart. You’ll be the first superhero users call when their systems go rogue – and you’ll help bring order back to the digital universe.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
  • Computer literacy is a must – technical know-how is a big bonus!
  • Previous experience with financial systems? That’s a nice-to-have!
  • Willingness to work in our friendly town of Reitz

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Keeping an eye on VKB’s I&T equipment and making sure everything is running smoothly.
  • Being the friendly, helpful voice behind our Service Desk – solving problems and saving the day!
  • Liaising with users, service providers, and internal teams to keep everything flowing.
  • Completing daily tasks on our internal financial systems – on schedule, of course.
  • Sharing reports and insights that help us continuously improve I&T services.
