Description

  • Render and maintain quality Human Capital administration services that conform to personnel needs and those of the ARC.
  • Handle Human Capital administration queries.
  • Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process, i.e., prepare notice of interviews, schedule, and coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, prepare interview reports, offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Provide HC support for all HCM related activities.
  • Update employees’ information on the HC system.
  • Assist in the coordination of the reconciliation process of HC instructions to payroll.
  • Administration of conditions of service.

Requirements

  • National Diploma in Human Resources Management or Equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years HR administration experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant HR legislations, policies, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Ms office suite.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fully bilingual (Preferably Afrikaans as one of the languages).
