Description
- Render and maintain quality Human Capital administration services that conform to personnel needs and those of the ARC.
- Handle Human Capital administration queries.
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process, i.e., prepare notice of interviews, schedule, and coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, prepare interview reports, offer letters and employment contracts.
- Provide HC support for all HCM related activities.
- Update employees’ information on the HC system.
- Assist in the coordination of the reconciliation process of HC instructions to payroll.
- Administration of conditions of service.
Requirements
- National Diploma in Human Resources Management or Equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years HR administration experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant HR legislations, policies, and procedures.
- Proficiency in Ms office suite.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Fully bilingual (Preferably Afrikaans as one of the languages).
