Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and effectively
- Load and unload materials from delivery vehicles
- Move goods to designated areas in warehouses, production lines, and loading docks
- Inspect equipment daily and report any faults or safety concerns
- Comply with health and safety regulations at all times
- Assist with general warehouse duties and ad-hoc responsibilities as required
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- Valid Forklift Operator License
- At least 1 year of proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial environment
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding setting
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to workplace safety standards
