WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Lead the implementation and standardization of the BRM process across all Bakeries
- Ensure robust governance and financial compliance practices are embedded consistently across all sites.
- Review existing cash handling and driver balance processes across the sites.
- Identify control gaps and implement measures to mitigate financial loss
- Support bakeries in enhancing daily cash reconciliation and accountability
- Analyze the ageing debtors’ book and identify long-outstanding items
- Collaborate with the Credit Control team to resolve disputes and clear backlogs
- Recommend improvements to reduce recurrence of aged claims and enhance collections
- Assist the Finance team in the Mosaic to Oracle systems migration project.
- Provide operational input, testing support, and change management assistance to ensure smooth implementation
- Act as a liaison between bakery finance teams and the central project team

Experience
- Minimum 10 years FMCG management experience
