Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Collection of outstanding body corporate & HOA levies
- Reconciliation of accounts & allocation of payments
- Daily management of arrears
- Achieving 24h turnaround time
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Prior experience as a debt collector essential.
- Paralegal experience advantage
- Legal secretary experience advantage
- Accounting knowledge added advantage
- Understanding of the Debt Collections Act and procedures an added advantage.
