Requirements
- A relevant BTech Degree in Engineering
- Eight (8) years’ relevant experience at a supervisory level
- Computer literacy in MS applications and knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
- A valid driver’s licence
Key Performance Areas
- Managing and controlling the Resource and District Depots
- Managing communications and interfaces with the public, developers and other departments / service providers
- Manage effective expansion and development in the region
- Controlling regular on-site inspection to ensure compliance to approved design plans and specifications
- Support Water Demand Management Division in order to limit consumptions, enhance customer awareness and conservation, to protect the scarce water resource
- Manage the compilation, control and implementation of Minor
Capital and Operating Budget of the Region
- Manage the maintenance and control of all fixed and movable assets
- Support Customer and Meter Management in a Region in order to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction
Staff Management
- Manage and implement programs to maintain water and sewerage infrastructure
- Manage the quality, distribution and control of potable and recycled water
- Manage the effective conveyance of sewage
