Purpose of the job
- To provide talent acquisition services to Pep Central Office. To support the senior practitioners in delivering talent acquisition initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, manage and deliver the full end to end recruitment process
- Administer online recruitment platforms
- Assisting with career fairs
- Assist in managing the administration of the online assessment for candidates
- Maintain good recruitment administration and reporting on recruitment
- Supports and collaborates with Talent Management Manager and Senior Talent Management Practitioners.
Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
- 4 Year Tertiary qualification/ Honours
- Registration as Psychometrist will be an advantage
- 3 Years of recruitment experience is essential
- Experience recruitment platforms advantageous
- Experience in bulk recruitment will be advantageous
- Strong administration skills
- Google suite, and working with an applicant tracking system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A good understanding of South African labour legislation
- Sound judgement and emotional maturity
