The mission of the Limpopo Department of Social Development is to ensure the provision of comprehensive social protection services against vulnerability and poverty within the constitutional and legislative framework, and create an enabling environment for sustainable development. The Department further aims to deliver integrated, sustainable and quality services, in partnership with all those committed to building a caring society.
REQUIREMENTS :
An appropriate recognized NQF level 4 (Grade 12) or equivalent qualifications as recognised by SAQA.
A qualification in HRM/D will be an added advantage.
DUTIES :
Facilitate Recruitment and Selection of Employees (Appointments, Security Background Checks, verification of qualifications, secretariat functions at interviews/shortlisting, probationary periods, etc.).
Administration of condition of service. Administration of Service Benefit. Facilitation of Transfers.
Facilitate Human Resource Training & Development. Render Performance Management and Development Services.
