Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 with a relevant Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics
- 5+ years’ FMCG sector experience, including warehouse and fleet operations
- Experience managing chemical storage and associated risk protocols
- Proven use of Cargowise Warehouse Management System
Technical & Operational Skills:
- Strong knowledge of warehouse layout, MHE, and CHEP recons
- Proficient in MS Office and inventory systems
- Familiarity with handling and transport of dangerous goods
- Quality control and compliance management expertise
Additional Competencies:
- Staff supervision, labour coordination, and training
- Financial oversight: cost control, billing accuracy, and reporting
- Client liaison, SLA adherence, and reporting to GM
Preferred:
- Experience in cycle counts, stock takes, and inventory reporting
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives in warehousing operations
