Minimum Qualifications:
- Matric Certificate
- Millwright Trade Qualification or Machine Technician certification
Experience & Technical Skills:
- At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing
- Expertise in CNC machinery (Okuma, Haas, Victor, Doosan)
- Proficient in control systems (Fanuc, Haas, Siemens, Mazak)
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
- Forklift license (advantageous)
Additional Skills:
- Physically fit; able to lift heavy components
- Flexible with shifts, overtime, and callouts
- Safety-conscious and familiar with regulatory compliance
- Accurate in maintenance documentation and reporting
- Enthusiastic about learning and adopting new technologies
