Minimum Qualification / Experience / Requirements

• Grade 12
• Code 8 or 10 driver’s license is a minimum requirement
• Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit)
• South African Citizen
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Must be able to work well within a diverse team as well as under pressure.
• Must be medically fit to work on a Mine

Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Ensure that employees are picked up and dropped off on time, adhering to schedules to avoid disruptions.
• Provide a safe and secure transportation environment, following all traffic laws and safety protocols.
• Have a good understanding of local routes and traffic patterns to efficiently navigate and avoid delays.
• Maintain clear communication with both passengers and the employer regarding pickup and drop-off details.
• Adapt to varying schedules and unexpected changes, such as shift changes or urgent requests.
• Regularly check and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition and complies with safety standards.
