Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Develop, co-ordinate, administrate and implement all trade and consumer promotional activities – National initiatives & Region specific
  • Capacity planning & management of the regional promotions calendar
  • Provide and apply data driven Insights into better promotional implementation & processes also with personal in-trade experience.
  • Set and achieve volume & market share targets connected to projects.
  • Results & success analysis of projects, providing insights into 1 year plans.
  • Day-to-day project budget management.
  • Manage Outlet Health initiatives across all classes of trade.
  • Manage external suppliers – procurement and relationships
  • Collaborate and manage Internal Stakeholder relationships including Brand teams, Key Accounts, National Trade Marketing, Digital teams, Regional Sales Teams and Logistics
  • Manage ASU stores: co-ordinate the production, print and dispatch of regional activity
  • Collaboration between internal & external Events, Assets (Fridges & Draught) and customer & sales Incentives spaces

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification, preferably in Sales/Marketing, and/or Sales and Marketing experience.
  • Excel & PowerPoint skills
