Requirements
- Senior Certificate / Grade 12 plus Diploma / Degree (NQF Level 6/7) in Forensic Audit / Internal Auditing / Forensic Accounting as recognized by SAQA. LLB / Law Degree will be an added advantage.
- At least a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Forensic Auditing, Forensic investigation or related field of which three (3) years’ experience must be at supervisory / managerial (level 7/8). Valid drivers licence.
Duties
- Conduct detailed investigation into allegations of fraud, corruption or financial misconduct. Gather, analyse and interpret financial data and other evidence to uncover anomalies or irregularities.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive forensic audit reports for senior management and relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with internal audit and risk management to recommend control enhancements.
- Collect, organize, and secure evidence in compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Assist in maintaining the chain of custody and preparing evidence for use in disciplinary actions, legal proceedings or regulatory inquiries.
