Summary:
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to lead and manage a team. The Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls
- Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecasts
- Monitor and report on financial performance, including variance analysis and key performance indicators
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure the organization’s financial health
- Supervise and mentor a team of accountants
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive financial strategy and operational improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in financial management or related field
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience with financial software and systems
